Arcado is an emblem of French local meat products Since 1880, Aracado has been producing culinary specialty products from the Eastern French region Burgundy. Arcado’s flagship product are the Morteau sausage, the Montbéliard sausage and ham with finely-chopped parsley. Each of these products follows ancestral receipes and is now under registered designations of origin.
