In 2025, the Groupe Chevrillon took a stake in Heliaq after the company was carved-out from KOESIO Corporate IT. Helias provides corporates and communities with services and for their digital workplaces, IT infrastructures, cloud hosting, managed services and cybersecurity. With 26 branches in France, Heliaq has about 700 employees.
