Cyrille Chevrillon
CEO
CYRILLE CHEVRILLON
Graduated from HEC and CBMP in New York. After a career in banking (JP Morgan Investment Banking in New York and Paris, as well as Salomon Brothers SA in London before moving to Paris as General Manager of the French subsidiary) and in film (Chief Financial Officer of Gaumont and Manager of Gaumont Productions), he founded Groupe Chevrillon in 1992. Simultaneously, he served from 2002 to 2010 as the General Manager and Deputy Chairman of the British financial group Candover.

Accountant and auditor, she graduated from ISG and joined Groupe Chevrillon after spending several years at KPMG.

Charles Best
After studying at the Ecole Centrale Paris, Ecole Centrale Lille and Paris-Dauphine University, Charles worked for three years at McKinsey & Company in Paris.
He joined Groupe Chevrillon in September 2014.
In 2015, he joined Groupe Chevrillon as Partner in charge of the European office.

CYRIL ZIVRÉ
Graduated from ESC Rouen and accountant, he joined Groupe Chevrillon-Candover in 1998 after 10 years working for PwC and General Health (Générale de la Santé). He advises the President of Groupe Chevrillon on the sourcing and the value creation of our investments portfolio.

Accountant and auditor, graduated from ESSCA, she joined Groupe Chevrillon in 2009 after four years at PwC.
Élie Vannier
Partner in charge of the European office
Élie Vannier
Holding a master's degree in law and in political science, he started his career with RTL and then Antenne 2. In the late 1980’s, he became diversification director at Strafor-Facom and then, GM of the french division of the investment bank Morgan Grenfell & Co. In 1997, he joined the GrandVision and became the GM. He also holds positions at the board of several companies including Promod, Delsey, Famar, Flamel Technologies and Ingenico. He is also visiting professor at Pekin University.

Paul Chevrillon

PAUL CHEVRILLON
After graduating from the ESSCA in 2008, he worked for four years in the transport branch of the group Veolia Environnement, assisting the latter in the creation of a subsidiary. He then contributed to the commercial deployment of the American brand SuperShuttle in Paris.
He joined Groupe Chevrillon in March 2013.

After graduating from the ESSCA in 2008, he joined as a consultant the global design agency Saguez & Partners. In 2010, he founded the outdoor furniture brand Mama Silla.

An HEC Paris graduate, Jean-Baptiste first joined McKinsey & Company's Casablanca office. After 4 years in consulting, he worked on entrepreneurial projects during 2 years before joining Groupe Chevrillon in 2022.

Governance
The philosophy of the Groupe Chevrillon regarding the corporate governance of the companies it controls can be summarized as follows:
- A friendly approach to the managements of companies in which the group invests
- In the context of a contract of confidence with the management, the role of the Groupe Chevrillon is to support the strategy implemented by the leadership and provide financial and strategic support during structuring operations
- The Groupe Chevrillon most often chooses the Chairman of the Supervisory Board or the Non-executive Chairman from among its partners, and is represented on the board of directors in companies in which it holds a significant stake
