In 2020, Groupe Chevrillon invested in Girinzu, a company building single-family homes in Africa founded in 2019 by Stéphane Monceaux, a former Spie Batignolles executive. Girinzu develops, builds and markets urban villages with the smallest possible ecological footprint, of good quality, at an affordable cost, with processes at the best world standards adapted to the use of local techniques. Girinzu’s first location is in Rwanda, around Kigali, in an area with great development potential.
