Who we are?

A family-owned company investing in high potential industry and services sector companies in order to transform them into national and world leaders.

The Groupe Chevrillon is a family owned company which invests in industrial and service companies, new or existing, with the aim of turning them into national or global leaders.

Cyrille Chevrillon, who created the group in 1992, pursued a part of his career in New York and London in large U.S. financial institutions such as JP Morgan and Salomon Brothers.

The Groupe Chevrillon is equally owned by the Chevrillon family and the Besançon-Trébouta family – founder of Laboratoires Delagrange now incorporated into the Sanofi group, of which the family is a shareholder.

In recent years, the Groupe Chevrillon has notably contributed to the creation of CPI Industries, building a former small-scale industrial base located in France into a global leader in printing. The group also led the development of Picard Surgelés into a leader on the frozen foodmarket. Moreover, the Groupe Chevrillion allowed the conversion of the insurance company Albingia, a former branch of AXA, into an independent business specializing in industrial risks, with unparalleled financial health. The group is currently leading the transformation of Dugas into the undisputed French leader of rums specialty distribution. Finally, this transformation strategy fits also with top-shelf rum production company AOC Bellonie Bourdillon Successors (BBS), of which the Chevrillon Group became the majority shareholder in 2012.

The Groupe Chevrillon has also established a "company manufacturing business" that has created or participated in the creation of forty startups in which the Group has invested, some of which have become greatly performing high tech companies.
